Great from start to finish. 1st time EV buyer, very experienced and knowledgable, talked us through every aspect of ownership and made us feel at ease with a few concerns we had in going electric. From the first enquiry through to car collection Joseph was very polite and professional, with no pressure. Agreed a value on px and was all done very swiftly. A slight error where I paid £1k to much into has account was swiftly rectified with the money returned within an hour of me telling him. Would happily return to this seller for my next Nissan.

The major reason for the rating for me is that Joseph just sells Nissan Leafs. He knows his stuff. And for that reason I was confident buying from him. The most important factor was that he was willing to show me the results of an ODP scanner on the car I was about to buy, which put my mind at ease about the status of the battery. I knew exactly what I was getting and I think as a result I got a great car. Other sellers didn't know what an ODP scanner was, nor would they let me connect my own - that was buying a car in the dark. Joseph also spent time teaching me about how to charge the car, drive for maximum economy etc. I left very happy.
